We have an older flat deck covered by rubber roofing material. The material has started to wear. Jacob came out and evaluated the deck and presented various options. His was professional and honest in that he couldn’t supply what we are looking for. His opinion was a roofing company would best deliver what we are wanting. We hired Jake to rip out our old, failing deck and build us the deck of our dreams. From the moment we met him, we could tell he was knowledgeable and he quickly earned our trust and our business. Jake and his crew worked hard and digilently to give us our paradise in our backyard. He sat with us and we discussed what our dream covered deck would be and he did everything he could to give us exactly what we wanted. His crew was kind to us and I don't think there was ever a point that we were annoyed with anyone from Oasis Custon Decks. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy throughout the whole process. When the project was done, we went through the punch list and Jake made sure anything we wanted happened. Had a small deck put on my house back in summer. Jake came out, took his measurements and chatted for a while about the project. Real nice guy, easy to talk to.
He had the deck up in 3 days and the thing is solid. No creaks, no high or low spots, no loose screws, and I didn't find any screws or debris left behind. Everything is up to code, too. Highly recommend giving these guys a call if you're in the market for a deck.

When he came to our home to provide an estimate for replacing our old deck with a new composite deck, he spent a couple of hours with us walking through every detail of the project. Jake thoroughly explained what he would do and why, reviewed all available options, and clearly outlined the pros and cons of each. Most impressively, he worked collaboratively with us to find the most cost-effective way to bring our dream deck to life without sacrificing quality.
Construction began in February, and despite truly challenging conditions—ranging from sub-zero temperatures and snow to cold, rainy days—the crew showed up every morning at 8 a.m. without fail. On average, there were five to seven hardworking professionals on site each day, which allowed the project to be completed efficiently and on schedule.
The scope of work was extensive and included removing our old deck and the cracked patio beneath it, pouring a brand-new patio, building a beautiful new deck with stairs leading to ground level, and constructing a stone walkway connecting the stairs to the patio. Everything was done professionally and any minor complaints I had were resolved before the deck was handed off. It was impressive, too, that he was accurate on time of completion by 2 days, even though he estimated that a few months prior.
